Customer Satisfaction Program - YES!

This is an example of how auto dealerships (and other retail businesses) use our Coupons Today service package to encourage new buyers to answer positively to the manufacturers' surveys that go to the buyers after a new car purchase. The process increases customer satisfaction levels before the manufacturer does their survey, increasing the grade given to the dealership and salesperson. 

It is important that the customers answer the surveys in such a way as to score 100% for the salesperson and the dealership.  This program requires the dealership to forward a list of new buyers and their photos to ECI Sign Center on a daily basis.  We send the emails (sample below) out to your customers for you.  The survey helps grease the skids for the real survey that will come from the manufacturer.  After taking the survey, the customer is given a coupon for a free oil change at the dealership. 

The photos may be forwarded to friends, which helps market the dealership.  Your brand would show in the banner, where our logo appears.  Look how happy the new car customer is.  She cannot wait to forward your emailed photo to her friends and relatives.
