Enhance the Buyer's Experience

The new car customer is encouraged to take the survey by receiving a coupon for an oil change.  They get to this survey from the email that gave them a photo of their new car (which many forward to friends and family). This procedure provides positive reinforcement of the buying experience, so that they answer positively to the manufacturer's survey.

Immediately after taking the survey, they are sent a coupon.  Gratification is delivered within seconds.
