F-150 XLT Flareside
This truck owner has been hooked on trucks ever since the summer of '95, when he bought
a new Ranger. Eventually, he wanted a little more truck, so the Ranger was sold to buy
this F-150. This truck was custom ordered from the factory with all the toys.
Factory Options Include:
5.4L V8 (265 Hp, 350 lb.ft. of torque)
Automatic Transmission
Sport option (17" alloys, color matched grill/trim, and leather wrapped steering
wheel)
3.55 Limited slip differential
Class III Tow package
Sport cloth captains Chairs, six-way power
Six-disc CD changer
Remote keyless entry with alarm
Slider rear window
Modifications......so far:
Zeibart Window tint and undercoating
EGR projector beam style headlight covers and Vtech slotted tail light covers (painted to
match)
GTS Omni-Gard bug deflector
Factory locks: wheel, spare tire, and gas cap
Removal of factory "Sport" decals
Replaced plain F-150 tailgate emblem with one to match the fenders: "F-150 XLT Triton
V8"
Emblems added to rear window, and on deck under the hood in front of the radiator
Tires were re-mounted to have black-wall sides out, and wheel weights placed on backside
of rim
Linex spray-in bed liner
A.R.E. LSII hard fiberglass tonneau cover with carpeted headliner
Either of the deacls on the 2000 F-150 rear window cost was $11.00.
The camper's graphic below is approximately 9" wide by 7 1/4" high. The
mail order cost of this graphic is $6.00. ( Sounds like a nice camping trip. )
The sample semi-trailer graphic below is approximately 183" wide and 20"
high. The mail order cost of this straight text graphic is $75.00.
The decal below was designed for application to the rear door of a pickup truck.
The sign filled the tailgate lengthwise. The cost was $36.00.
